Dear Parents / Carers

We will be participating in the McMillan fundraising this year. Please can you make a cake/cupcakes donation on Friday 24th of September 2021. Can you send this with your child in the morning when you drop them off. Cake sale will be held at the end of the school day in the main hall. Entry will be through the Breakfast and After school club gate.

The World's Biggest Coffee Morning, is a day to not only enjoy one of the world's favourite beverages but also make a difference by helping to raise money
for people facing cancer.

As part of our English lessons this term, we will be watching short clips of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (PG) alongside reading the original text by J. K. Rowling. This is to support the children with their understanding of the characters and the exciting plot of the book we are reading.

In Reception this half term our topic is “All about us”. Children are sharing information about themselves, their families and friends. As a part of our learning we would like children to bring in a family photo, which they can talk about with their friends and teachers. Can children please bring in these photos on Monday 20^th September 2021.
