Star Wars day.
On the 22nd April 1970 the world hosted the first ever Earth Day to promote a change for our Blue Planet.
Their mission:
To build the world’s largest environmental movement to drive trans formative change for people and the planet.
Earth Day Network’s mission is to diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide. Growing out of the first Earth Day in 1970, Earth Day Network is the world’s largest recruiter to the environmental movement, working with more than 75,000 partners in over 190 countries to drive positive action for our planet.
These are awesome facts that work to make the health of our planet better so, with this in mind, I would like to direct you to these activities that you might want to take part in. You can take pictures of your work and send them to your year group email address.
