How to apply for a place at Lake Farm Park Academy

 

You can collect an application form directly from the school. Please complete the application form, including your Council Tax reference number, and return to the school together with the following documents:

 

• Your most recent Child Benefit letter or Family Tax Credit documentation.
• Your child’s birth certificate.
• Parent/Legal Guardian’s visual identification e.g. Passport or driving licence.

 

You can apply directly to the Civic Centre at High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1UW

Visiting the School
Please telephone the school to arrange a visit

 

SRP visits for parents 2022-2023:

 

Wednesday 25th January 9:30-10 am

Wednesday 26th April 9:30-10 am

Wednesday 5th July 9:30-10 am

Requesting Appeal Documentation
If your application has been unsuccessful you must make your appeal in writing:

 

• You can write a letter to Lake Farm Park Academy and request the appropriate appeal form.

 

Starting Primary School
If you are applying for a Reception place you can apply online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk/schools

 

Parents who are interested to meet the Principal can visit an open morning on the 13th of January 2023 at 10 am.

Intake Meeting
If your child is offered a Reception place you will be invited to an intake meeting to meet the Principal, class teachers and admission staff.
